Our purpose is to provide high quality patient care with honesty and integrity in a safe, clinical environment. Client education and relationships are priorities for us. We strive to educate our patients in all aspects of their oral health, working to dispel any fear of dental procedures and to establish comfortable and rewarding relationships with each patient. Our goal is for all our patients to be free of dental disease, and we consider it our job to help our patients achieve and maintain their maximum possible dental health. Through genuine enthusiasm, warmth and care, we hope to create “dental missionaries” who are happy with their dental care and who actively refer family and friends to our office.

Financial Arrangements & Payment Plans
We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Healthcare Credit cards. We also offer the following payment plan options:

1. Full Care Plan Prepayment Savings
A prepayment savings of five percent if payment is made if in full in advance of the commencement of treatment, or when the first appointment is made.

2. Fee-For-Service (Pay As You Go)
You may choose to pay for your treatment as it is provided at each visit. We will give you a breakdown of what we anticipate your treatment fees will be for each visit in advance of treatment.

3. 2-Payment Plan
Half is due at the first treatment appointment. The remainder is due in 30 days.

4. Extended Payment Plan
We make available to you interest-free and low fixed-rate payment plans. Terms will be determined before commencement of treatment.
